General Information

The Information Technology Department works in partnership with members of the Diné College Community to facilitate their use of computing, voice, video, and network resources. To advance Diné College's institutional mission and strategic goals we endeavor to empower students, faculty and staff alike to effectively utilize technology resources by striving to provide high standards of support services and infrastructure. (IT Strategic Plan, 2003)

Who and Where We Are

Although our main office and center of operations is at the Tsaile campus, the IT staff offer services to all Diné College campuses and community centers.

NOW Open! New Network Operating Center, Tsaile Campus

The new Diné College Network Operating Center at Tsaile Campus is now complete.

NOC Building

This building houses the core of the Diné College Network including servers, routers and core switches, phone systems and voice mail systems. Additionally it is the home of the IT offices and the heart of Technology support for our Students, Faculty and Staff.

Construction was completed in September 2007 at which point the cabling move and network equipment move were undertaken. The IT department staff moved in in November 2007.
