Institutional Planning

The purpose of the Office of Institutional Planning (OIP) is two fold: first, is to provide operational and strategic planning mentorship to DC’s budget managers and second, is to provide strategic planning support to the President’s Executive Council.

Serves as a mentor and coordinator of institutional learning based on the framework of the SNBH principles deemed necessary for all budget managers to become competent in the tasks of institutional planning and effective management of College resources.

Provides collaborative support and leadership to enable the budget managers of the College to effectively apply progressive management and leadership tools necessary for the deployment of planning, evaluation, budgeting, organization, staffing and internal controls necessary for effective leadership at all levels of the Diné College operation.
