28 Feb 2023

TSAILE, AZ — Diné College is proud to announce its annual golf tournament fundraiser to support scholarships for Navajo students. The tournament will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2023, at the Piñon Hills Golf Course, in Farmington, NM.

All proceeds from the event will go directly towards the Diné College Scholarship Fund, which provides financial assistance to students attending Diné College to pursue a higher education. The tournament promises to be an enjoyable day of golf, networking, and community building, while also making a positive impact on the lives of Navajo students.

“We’re excited to host this tournament and raise scholarship funds for our students,” said Dine College President, Charles Roessel. “By supporting their education, we are investing in the future of our community.”

Sponsorship opportunities are available for businesses and individuals who wish to support the cause. To register or learn more about the tournament, visit https://www.dinecollege.edu/golf/.

As a postsecondary educational institution, Diné College awards Associate degrees, Bachelor’s degrees, a Master’s degree and Certificates in areas important to the economic and social development of the Navajo Nation. To comply with the College mission, personalized instruction is guaranteed to each student because of the low student-faculty ratio. All are welcome to apply.
