Virtual Art Auction 2020

For the past 52 years Diné College has been preparing Navajo students for success with a comprehensive education that combines Western education with Diné philosophy.  Our students learn that pride, self-confidence and resilience comes from a strong, positive identity. And, we guide them as they build the foundation for their professional lives. Now more than ever, that resilience is needed to weather this global pandemic, which has hit the Navajo Nation hard.

This fundraiser will support Diné College student’s dreams of receiving a college education & will replenish the Warrior Scholarship Fund. “When we raise money for our students, we are allowing the opportunity of alleviating some of the financial burden students have. A large percentage of our students rely solely on financial aid received during the semester. Their financial obligations include much more than tuition and fees, often including childcare, rent, or transportation. If we are able to offer more in scholarships, we are continuing to provide the opportunity of earning a four-year degree debt free. Scholarships contribute to a student’s success and retention.” – Nolan Begaye, Diné College Director of Financial Aid
