• Newly Crowned Miss Diné College
    Terri Lynette Yazzie is the newly crowned Miss Diné College. She is from Chinle Arizona. She is currently enrolled in the BA program Majoring in Business Administration. She has already earned a certificate in accounting while in high school and plans to pursue her Master Degree in Business. During the winter months Terri volunteers her time aiding local elders with home care. The Diné College Pageant Committee extends their congratulations.

    Dr. Joseph Martin was sworn-in as the newest member of Diné College's Board of Regents (BOR). He will be representing the Fort Defiance Agency and his term on the Board will be for four years.

    TSAILE, AZ — Officials from New Mexico Highlands University and Diné College met on July 12 to begin talks which may lead to a memorandum of agreement (MOU) between the two institutions to provide new distant educational opportunities for students in the near future. Speaking to the group is Dr. Sam H. Minner, President of New Mexico Highlands University.
