The Quality Education for Minorities (QEM) Network is offering a 10-week internship in Washington, DC for students at Tribal Colleges and Universities who are successfully pursuing a science- or engineering-related degree. This internship opportunity is made possible through a grant to QEM from the National Science Foundation (NSF).

To recognize and award one outstanding student from Dine’ College and to create an Initiative for student excellence.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Complete an Application (must be picked up in-person)
• Complete Financial Aid File (FAFSA)
• Full-time status
• Minimum 3.0 Cummulative GPA
• 250 Word Biography
• Tribal Enrollment information (Copy of Certificate of Indian Blood)
• Official Transcript(s) (must NOT have an Associate Degree yet)
• Color Photograph
• Must have Demonstrated Community Service and Volunteer Work
