School of Arts, Humanities and English (SAHE) publication

SAHE (School of Arts, Humanities and English) is a new monthly newsletter issued by Diné College’s School of Arts, Humanities and English. The monthly newsletter contains student and teacher profiles, student poems, short stories, student artwork and photography, achievements, faculty accomplishments and publications and departmental news. Anyone affiliated with the SAHE can contribute to the publication.

The editor of the publication is English faculty Matthew Jake Skeets (Navajo). Skeets is a graduate of the University of New Mexico and Institute of American Indian Arts. He is a past recipient of an award from the National Poetry Series.

Skeets’ debut poetry collection, Eyes Bottle Dark with a Mouthful of Flowers, was an NPS award winner, and was published by Milkweed in Fall 2019.
