I am currently in my second year at Diné College, working toward an Associate’s Degree in Health Occupations, and I’m on track to graduate in Spring 2026. I graduated from Flagstaff High School in 2018, and since then, I’ve built a strong foundation in leadership and service through both my work and community involvement.
My journey began with a local nonprofit organization, where I took the lead in community outreach and collaborated with other groups to organize events that supported local beginning farmers and ranchers. These experiences deepened my passion for connecting with people and creating positive, engaging environments.
In my most recent role at an optometry office, I discovered my love for the medical field and set my sights on becoming an optometrist. My long-term goal is to establish my own practice on the Navajo reservation, where I can provide care and give back to my community.
As a candidate for student leadership at Diné College, I am committed to bringing the same energy, creativity, and dedication to our campus. I genuinely enjoy working with others, finding ways to enhance student life, and creating opportunities that bring people together.
